there was few cosmetic damage on the car which to me did not justify on the price of the car but im okay with it but the major concern was the car had some work done to transmission of the car and the under body guards weren't put back together properly and after driving it for over 2 hours back from the dealership heard a dragging noise from under the car. after pulling over the check it found out the plastic guard had come off and there was clips that was missing from the them as well. Drove it home and i found those clips were found in the glove box which indicates the people they used didn't really do a good job putting the car back together and even the dealership didn't check them either before handing me over the keys.
Dealer response
Hey Tania, Thank you for your honest review, Honestly would not be pleased if the under body guards were making that sound all the way back. It seems Kapsa Transmission who claim to be transmission specialist charged us $7,400 for transmission work and couldn't simply put the clips back together. However we do sincerely apologies for this experience, As well for the contracted groomers for not going through and ensuring the car was ready to go. It is unlikely for this experience to happen, however what's done has been done. As a company we will take this review seriously and ensure there is no room for future mistakes.
