The trade with Urban Imports was really smooth and I have no problem communicate/dealing with them. They always offer curtesy vehicle in the event of minor fixes during the 3 months warranty period. Very reliable seller and will definitely look for them first for my next purchase.

Sales consultant was slow to respond to questions throughout the negotiation process. It felt like they were not working hard enough to make me feel like I was getting a good deal and secure the sale. Maybe this is inexperience or just an Auckland thing?
