Description:	1 bedroom unit with 6 or more bathrooms. Hi. The property described below operates a bit like a large flat. Please take the time to tell us a bit about yourself by email if you are intrested in living there. Gadsby Lodge is a 75 bedroom residential Lodge located at 59 Gadsby Rd. It is set in large park like grounds. It was originally the nurses quarters for the mental hospital complex. There are large communal spaces including kitchen, dining room, computer area and lounge with a large TV. All of the bathroom facilities have been recently refurbished there are 10 showers and 13 toilets which is plenty for the number of residents. We have a double room available now $250 per week for 1 person or $300 for a couple. The rooms are well maintained and furnished with a bed, wardrobe, draws, chair, 32 inch TV, pantry and a fridge freezer. The rent includes power, water, phone (toll bar), and unlimited Wifi internet access Smoking outside only and a couple of sheltered areas are available for this. We are looking for long term tenants. No short stays. Furnishings: The communal spaces are all furnished and each room has its own furniture, fridge freezer and TV. Parking: Parking lot and Street depending on numbers you might get one or the other. There are about 90 flatmates, with about a quarter female. About three quarters of the current tenants are working and one quarter are on a benefit or pension. The average is 50 something. Ideal Flatmate: Mature person who is clean, tidy and gets on with others. Long term tenants are desirable Smokers OK, no pets
