Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Kia ora! We're looking for someone to join us in our fairly new rental in Lockerbie, Morrinsville. It is currently just myself and my partner, and we're both 27 year old working professionals. We are hoping to find someone who is tidy, respectful, and easy going to share the space with us. The property is fully furnished with fibre, so all you'll need to do is furnish your bedroom. Currently, we have the Master Bedroom with an ensuite available for preferably one person. We also have a very friendly cat so you would have to be okay with this. No additional pets are allowed sorry. The price will be: $235 per week plus utility expenses for a single person. The move-in date for the rental will be from the 17th of March. Additionally, a bond of $500 will be required.
