Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. One sunny bedroom in our home available for a boarder, as our last one has moved into their own home. We are a working couple in our eaely 30s, one working shift work and the other Monday-Friday. We have two border collies (one 2 years, one 6 months) so a love for dogs is a must. We are after a female in their mid-late 20s or early 30s, preferably someone who is social and independent. We are both very social and active people, often out exercising, walking our dogs, and occasionally have friends over. We have a sunny deck in the backyard with a fire pit area underway, and outdoor seating to enjoy. Power and internet are included in the cost of $230 for the room, and we are happy to discuss cooking shared meals. We have our own shower/bathroom, however the main toilet is shared. No pets, no couples, no chidlren, female preferred. Please do not contact us if this is not you. No smoking on the property. No pets or smokers.
