It is a private 3 bedroom and 1 bath home with a double garage home with washing machine, dryer, fridge, and other appliances for use. Current tenants are 31M builder who plays and coaches sport. 32F Hospital coordinator. 3yr old Cat too. We are always busy and in and out of the house frequently and quite often go away camping and exploring and the odd social gathering. We are looking for a female(preferably) aged 20-40 and who is respectful, trustworthy and honest. NO COUPLES please. Rent is $265.00 a week.
