Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Room available for rent in this cozy sunny flat in Waterloo. The room is decent-sized (355 cm by 210 cm) with a built-in wardrobe. It's facing the backyard/deck so it's nice and quiet. Big windows with plenty of sunlight. Currently unfurnished but can arrange for a bed and desk/drawers. The rent is $250 per week + bills which include internet ($28/month) and power (to be split between 3 people/month). The bond is 3 weeks of rent. The rest of the house is fully furnished with a spacious kitchen, living area, and outdoor space. You'll be living with 2 other flatmates; 1 female and 1 male in their mid 20's to early 30's. Both work fulltime. We're looking for a like-minded flatmate who's clean, organized, quiet and respectful of others.
