Old Wellington Character house Mt Cook Top of Rolleston Street opposite a park, Semi furnished room (Comes with Dehumidifer & Some furniture if wanting to use) To share house with two others - One Early 30's other in 40's - Creative professionals. One has a cat which is deaf and very special. The house is old and as is, You'll love it or won't. Room avail is easily warmed and lockable, there is lockable storage outside the room available. Kitchen has everything you need so would suit someone who hasn't got much in way of utensils, pans etc. All the utilities are already in place, No bond - but just ask for two weeks notice when deciding to move on. Would prefer someone who works Hospo at night type. Last flatmate is moving in with Girlfriend so some of his stuff is still in the room currently (so expect that when viewing) He can pick it up asap if someone is wanting to move in immediately. Ideal flatmate is respectful, mellow and keen to entertain themselves. There is a property management inspection about every 3 months or so FYI . No pets.
