We will have one room available at the end of May in our warm and sunny 3 bedroom townhouse, which captures all day sun and some of the best views in Porirua. Our 2-storey, 2.5-bathroom, 3-bedroom townhouse is currently shared with 2 other working professionals in our 30's and we are looking to add a third to our LGBTQ+ friendly flat. This modern (newish build) and well insulated house is located at the back of a peaceful and friendly block of townhouses. The bedroom is yours to make your own as the rest of the house is fully furnished including a coffee machine that I can’t figure out but can assure you that the other flatmate makes a mean flat white! You will just need your own bedroom furniture etc, and you would be sharing a bathroom with one other. - Spacious upper level lounge and balcony - New and modern kitchen - Sunny back yard (with your own access and balcony) - Fully double glazed throughout - Plenty of off street parking There is an internal access garage that we share as storage and off street parking at the front door.
