One bedroom available in a sunny 3 bedroom house with spacious communal areas and great outdoor space overlooking Evans bay. The bedroom would suit a single person as it's on the smaller side. It has a large window which offers a lovely light and gets plenty of sun and natural light. Current Flatmates Three very respectful and friendly housemates in thier 30's, one female and two male. All are working professionals based here in Wellington. Ideal Flatmate We are looking for a friendly person (around 25-35 yrs of age) to join our flat. We are looking for someone with similar values to us – and someone who is sociable, tidy and respectful of living in a shared space. We would prefer a fulltime worker, with an active and healthy lifestyle, who wants to live in a relaxed and homely shared house. Viewings can be arranged from 16th of April, so please email us and tell us a little bit about who you are :) Location Hataitai village shops are just a 5 min walk away (dairy, bakery, cafes, restaurants and the best takeaways). It is a 15 minute walk to Kilbirine (Pac n Save, Countdown). Good transport links available with the choice of a beautiful seaside commute into the city by foot, bike or bus or direct commute via the Hataitai tunnels. Hataitai beach is a 10 minute walk away and it's a 5 minute drive to Lyall Bay, airport and the city. Free on street parking and a 5 minute walk to bus stops with service on weekdays, evenings and weekends to Miramar, Kilbirnie, Courtenay Place, CBD and the Railway Station. Additional costs Rent is $185 + $30 per person exp's per week. Bond is $220. Rent / exp paid every 2 weeks. Exp's include power, unlimited internet (fibre), and basic kitchen / laundry / cleaning products + toilet paper. No pets or smokers.
