Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. We are looking for a flatmate to fill one bedroom. Rent is $210 with power and internet included. The bedroom has a wardrobe with a built in full mirror and will be unfurnished. You would be sharing a bathroom with two others.The home is sunny and warm. It has a large kitchen, an open plan living/dining area with large windows, two heat pumps and a fireplace, which flows nicely out to an outdoor area, BBQ space and garden. You would be living with four flatmates (male and females) in our mid twenties. We all work full-time in physio, aviation, admin and business consulting. We all have busy lifestyles, like keeping active and enjoy hanging out together when we’re all around! Bond required is three weeks rent.
