Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. 2 rooms available in our home near Cornwall Park (could rent both rooms) Hello!! We are looking for a new flatmate / couple to join our house in Epsom! We are a couple from New Zealand and France in our mid-twenties, who have lived in this place for over 3 years. Unfortunately, our last flatmates are moving overseas, so we are on the lookout for a like-minded person / couple to fill their spot :) The rooms we have available are: - A medium size room with lots of light on the top floor. It has been recently painted and has new curtains (towards the veranda). It has an inbuilt wardrobe and is right by the toilet / bathroom. - A large room on the ground floor. It's spacious and clean (with heaps of storage) and has its own entrance to the garden/ street. It does have a lower ceiling then the rest of the house. We have a beautiful garden behind the house and are down the street from Cornwall Park so a lot of space to unwind and relax. We work full-time, one of us is home mostly and one is mostly in the office. In our spare time we like to work out (running, hiking or the gym), go on short or longer trips throughout NZ and abroad. I also like cooking :) Above all we are looking for someone who is respectful, tidy and values a clean home (we do follow a cleaning schedule for fairness). Prices: $260 for a single room (non couple) or $480 for a couple who would have both (e.g. for an office) we split water, wifi and electricity monthly divided by number of people. No pets.
