The house is sunny, fully insulated with double-glazed windows, and has plenty of storage. This space is perfect for those wanting a short commute to the city with all the benefits of being in a green space. The room is 3.3 metres by 3.55 meters and comes unfurnished. The wardrobe extends all the way under the stairs, which makes for great storage. The rooms are on separate floors. There are lots of bus routes and easy cycling access. The flat is on Glenbervie Terrace, which is just off Tinakori Road. - 25 minutes on the bus to Cuba Street or a 10-minute bike ride. - 5 minute walk to the botanic gardens You’ll be living with Mijail, Helo (the cat), and Alex. We both work full time. Helo likes naps, scratches, and blue cheese! These are some of the things we enjoy - Boxing, mountain biking, hiking, swimming - Gardening! We have mainly focused on a herb garden, but there is plenty of room if gardening appeals to you. - We have been slowly furnishing the house with thrifty solutions. Creative eyes/ideas are welcome. We are looking for some self sufficient humans that enjoy the occasional potluck, movie, or game night. You will need to sign onto the lease (ends in Jan) via an agency portal.
