We would like to find a single person ($280 pw) / a couple ($310 pw) to fit in the room. The house is huge with full functioned kitchen, washing machine, and two bathroom (one on each floor). Feel free to use the living room as study/working space. Both short-term and long-term stay are acceptable :)) The bills will be shared, and cost depends on the usage. 10 mins walk to Queen Street, 20 mins walk to UoA, 13 mins to AUT, 15 mins walk to Countdown... you know, location.
