Description:	4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Kia Ora future flattie! I have 2 lovely rooms in my house up for rent, they're unfurnished but ready for you to put your twist on it. You also have your own full bathroom which includes, toilet shower and bath. The house has a modern kitchen and gas cooking. Plenty of fridge and pantry space. House has DVS and gets a good amount of sun, so it’s dry and warm. Outside there are two decks and a small section of grass. I'm ideally looking for a single person to rent both rooms Room1: 3.1 x 3.5m Double wardrobe and north facing Room2: 3.1 x 3.1m Double wardrobe and south facing You’ll have access to your own bathroom, which includes, toilet shower and bath. Due to the two lounges and separate bathrooms, it’s pretty easy to co-exist without feeling you’re impeding on someone’s space. Most amenities provided, big telly, lounge and most things you’ll require in the kitchen, but you’re welcome to bring what you’ve got. Location wise - Dairy, bus stop, bush walks very short walk away. Five minute drive from Long Bay beach, Torbay shops and Long Bay New World. Current flatmates - Sushi the cat, he runs the show, he’s a chill tuxedo kitty, loves a good scratch. Slave to the cat, owner of the house, male 40 years young. Big music fan, love to cook, and do a few outdoorsie stuff. I run a pretty tidy ship, but pretty easy going. I also work from home a few days a week as an engineer No pets.
