Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Welcome to a classic Ponsonby villa, located a few mins from Ponsonby road and very close to Richmond road countdown. A three bedroom villa with a modern kitchen, bathroom and a nice sunny living room space. While it does not have access to a backyard, there's a decently sized balcony with a view of the downstairs garden so you won't have to do any of the yard work! We are a friendly and social flat that is a mix of hanging out but also enjoying our own downtime and lives. With only two other flatmates, you will also have a lot of space and time for yourself!
