Description:	4 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in the absolute steal of a house in Mt Eden. We are close to Dominion Road so everything you need is nearby. The house: a spacious Mt Eden Villa with 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet, a big lounge and kitchen, and a great front yard for entertaining in the summer. The room: Good sized room with space for a bed drawers and a small desk, it comes with a large built-in wardrobe Current Flatmates: 3 girls with a range of jobs some Monday to Friday, and a shift worker shift worker. We enjoy socialising together in the house but are also respectful of each other's alone time. We are not a party house but enjoy a Bevy outside on a sunny day or a movie night when scedules allow. Future Flatmate: (ideally female but not essential) mid-20s to mid-30s -30s easy-going, clean and tidy, and respectful of everyone's space. Rent: $230 (including expenses) Bond: $688 Move-in from Saturday 4 May No pets or couples sorry! No pets or smokers.
