Description:	4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. I have a large beautiful room to rent in lovely Meadowbank. The room comes with its own ensuite bathroom and 2 wardrobes! (The photos don't do it justice). The house is very large at 257m2. I'm a busy quiet professional and live here with one other person. Rent includes all bills. The house has an open plan kitchen (walk in pantry), dining and lounge. Another lounge on the upper level which we barely use and a separate laundry. It also has a large deck and garden, great for those summer bbq's. Close to bus stops, Meadowbank Mall and train station. The room is currently unfurnished but I could put a queen bed in there if necessary. Looking for a tidy, easy going professional person. Possibly someone going through a separation that wants peace and quiet or someone looking for a happy home. There is another large room available in the house that has a double wardrobe but you'd be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person - $300 pw including bills Pets negotiable, no smokers.
