Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Room available for rent in Carterton. $220 per week including expenses (power, internet, streaming services on the TV's, fire wood, cleaning supplies). We have one large room with built in wardrobe available in our beautiful house in Clifton Ave. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 1 bathroom and an extra toilet. The house is heated by two log burners and a heat pump. The kitchen has a dishwasher and the laundry has a washer and dryer. The main lounge opens up onto a big deck with a swimming pool and pizza oven. The large backyard has a vege garden and fruit trees. You will be sharing with a family of three (2 adults and an 11 year old boy), 3 cats and a little dog that lives outside. All the cats are house trained and come and go as they please. We are chill during the week but often go out on the weekends so there will definitely be time for you to have the house to yourself. We go to work/school during the week. We like to have friends over from time to time but not a big party house. We would consider a couple at $280 per week. Smokers OK, pets negotiable.
