Our spacious home comes with all modern conveniences, and you'll even have an off-street parking space! The room is very large, features extensive wardrobe space, and can easily accommodate a King-size bed, drawers, shelves, desk, or couch. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully equipped. We also have communal areas for storing any extra belongings you might have. You'll be sharing a modern, spacious bathroom with just one other person, complete with under-floor heating. The room is available from the 20th of May, with an allowance to move on the weekend of the 25th/26th if desired. Our departing flatty is heading to the UK to live. The remaining members, in their 30s and early 40s, have diverse professional backgrounds in nursing, consumer product representation, and banking. We're social and often spend our weekends away or with friends, who are always welcome to visit. We're seeking someone sociable yet independent, tidy, respectful, and willing to contribute positively to our home.
