Move in date 24/26th of May! 2 minute drive to countless shops and supermarkets. 2-year-old build, that includes the newest healthy home standards this includes warm and quiet double glazed windows, proper insulation, heat pumps etc. Lovely large open plan kitchen and living room that we like to hang out in the evenings so that we create a real family, homely environment so you don’t feel you have to hide away in your room. Gas stove, if you love cooking like we do. You know how important this is! This room has its on private ensuite too! So you don't ever have to worry about sharing the bathroom with anybody else. The flat would be best suited for a single as there wouldn't be enough space for a couple. The flat account pays for all cleaning products including dishwasher tablets and washing powders and things like Spices, olive oil and communal things alike. Furnishings could potentially be included. No pets.
