2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom. Nice and quiet place to live and relax. Close to bus stop and Countdown and New World. I am going to overseas next week for a few months and return end of this year for 2 - 3 weeks and then again go to overseas. Mainly you will be living here alone. I have a couch, bed, bookshelf, wardrobe, cabinet, dinning table, TV and kitchen utensils. You are welcome to use them, otherwise I am planning to donate them to salvation army. The unit is big enough for 2 - 3 people but I want one or two flatmates. I have not updated all photos as I am tidying up things first. Saturday (2nd March) is viewing time. Please contact me first for the viewing time. 3 weeks bond plus 3 weeks rent in advance. Smokers OK, pets negotiable. |
