We have a fat cat and a small, well-behaved elderly dog. The room is available starting May 11th. It is the master bedroom of the home, gets a lot of natural light, and has been recently revamped. There is a decent-sized built-in wardrobe. (The furniture in the picture is not included.) We can provide a double bed and a bedside table. We are open to a couple renting the room at an additional cost. Features are: Good neighborhood. Fully furnished, cozy home. Renovated bathroom. Big, sunny front deck. Large backyard. There is plenty of off-street parking. Warm in winter. There is a second toilet in the wash house. Amazing water pressure.
