Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. seeking a new housemate. If you are looking for a place to call home, come and live with me and Bobby in this lovely old Grey Lynn house in a quiet cul de sac just off richmond road. The room is a lovely bright room with a fireplace for added charm albeit it isn't a working fireplace. The room is unfurnished. But easily fits a queen bed, wardrobe etc. One shared bathroom which is cute, has a great shower and claw foot bath. Gas heated water on demand so we don't run out of hot water. The open plan kitchen and lounge area opens out onto a large deck back garden with fruit and native trees. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven and dishwasher. Laundry wise we have Miele washing machine and dryer. A shelved recess for food storage. For heating we have gas heating and an open fireplace to keep us warm in winter within the main part of the house along with a dehumidifier to help keep the damp air at bay. We use individual heaters in the bedrooms. The wider house is furnished. In the area you are spoilt for choice in terms of access to Farro, Woolworths, Veg shop & Ozone coffee etc all within a 2 minute walk. The bus stop into town is 1 minute walk away, easy access to main motorways. its a ten minute walk to Ponsonby Road or 40 walk minutes into the CBD. We have parks and nature the door step. i am 46, work in the legal industry and split working from home and the office but also have to travel for my job so will be away from time to time for a couple of nights. You will also live with Bobby my 9 yr old boxer dog. As such you will be need to be comfortable living with with a large dog & be open to dog sitting from time to time when i'm away on business. I'm a lover of music, arts and a bit of a foodie having been a chef in a previous life. Baleum, is in her early 30's and is from South Korea. Move in costs are 3 week rent Bond which is $795 plus 2 weeks rent in advance $530. Bills are paid 2 weeks in arrears with your rent totalling $610 a fortnight.
