Warm and dry in winter, open and airy in summer. The worst thing about this house is the road noise, but the double glazing helps with that and sleeping at night is fine. The best thing about this house is it is very easy to look after as it is modern without being too fancy, and situated close to motorway on/off ramps to everywhere. Share main bathroom with only one other, or have it all to yourself (until both spare rooms are rented). Flatmates over 35/40-ish.
