Description:	2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. We've lived here for over 2 years and have loved it so much! We're only leaving to move overseas but we're really sad to be leaving such an amazing apartment! Right across the road from the beach but just a 15 minute walk into the centre of town. It has a giant living room with a huge bay window (and window seat!) perfect for looking out at the view, as well as a spacious kitchen and bathroom. Plus a roof terrace! Coupon/coupon exemption parking is available. There are also garages on the bottom floor available to rent separately for $75 p/week. You'd be living with our awesome flatmates, a couple in their mid-late twenties. They're new to Wellington and love getting out and about seeing the city, but also hanging at the flat and having a good yarn. The room is available from 5th May but can be earlier or later for the right person/people! $400/week for a single $450/week for a couple + $50/week per room for bills and flat essentials.
