Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Join our flat in Churton Park! 2 current flatmates looking for a 3rd. Preferably another woman (LGBTQIA+ friendly). Room will be empty, you'll need to bring your own bed and furnishings, but we can help with some drawers etc if needed. (Please message if you're needing help with furnishings). We are mid twenties - early thirties. Both working fulltime. Some nights, we enjoy watching anime, k-dramas, Netflix shows and movies. But we also really enjoy our own downtime. 1x vegan flatmate and 1x flexitarian. We cook lots of vegan meals, but you're more than welcome to cook on your own. No parties, but we have the occasional board game and drinks evening. Flatmate needs to be conscious of helping with weekly/monthly cleaning or be prepared to help pay for a cleaner. No couples sorry. No pets or smokers.
