We are all around 30 years old so looking for ne additions in and around that age. The house is in a handy location meaning only an eight minute drive to North West shopping mall and a twelve minute drive to Albany. The house has all necessities for everyday living. The kitchen and lounge area downstairs are shared and the rooms available share the main bathroom upstairs. The other two have their own en-suites. Two cars can fit in the driveway otherwise there is a lot of off street parking. We have a one car garage but this is more for storage. There are two very cool cats that live at the property as well so we can not accept any other animals. The slightly smaller room is 190+35 a week for rent and the other is 200+35. This covers internet, Gas, Power, water and products that the house requires... cleaning products, rubbish tags, laundry amenities ect..... Move in cost is a bond and two/one week rent in advance depending on when you move into this fabulous flat. If you’re a couple that is interested in the room then the price would be different as we would all prefer to share the cost of the other room amongst us so we keep the house at six people max.
