The room available is next to the office space that looks out to the back of the property. Where there are two courtyard areas to enjoy. Located in such a central spot with Ponsonby, Kingsland and K'Rd close by. The house is mostly furnished very similar to the current layout. Plenty of room for more additions. You will just need a monitor/desk set up and your bedroom furniture. Home comes with a dishwasher, dryer and heat pump. Plus gas hob. Im an active person, you’ll find me at reformer and yoga classes weekly, going for walks, out with friends, and heading off to the driving range from time to time. However, I do enjoy spending time at home pottering or entertaining. I’m also very open in how this space can be shared/used for those that are in the wellness or creative space.
