Description:	2 bedroom townhouse with 1 bathroom. Seven year old 2 bedroom townhouse with a spacious and sunny living area. The room is unfurnished and has a double wardrobe. The room isn't huge, but can easily fit a queen bed, a desk and drawers which I have done with mine. The bathroom and laundry is downstairs with the two bedrooms. The shower has great pressure and lots of room. And there is a washing machine and basin in the laundry. (Currently no dryer but there is space for one). The living area upstairs is an open plan with the kitchen. It's a great area to relax and cook dinner. The house is north facing so it gets plenty of sunshine. The windows upstairs are double glazed which is perfect for keeping the heat in during the winter. There is a nice small courtyard at the back which enjoys the morning sun. Perfect space to have a coffee and grow your plants :) The rent is $350 pw. Expenses include fibre broadband and power which can be paid monthly The bond is three weeks rent ($1,050) No pets or smokers.
