Description:	5 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. A modern fully furnished single bedroom within a large house in Kelson, with own off-street carpark. The bedroom is located upstairs and shares two bathrooms and an upstairs lounge with two other female flatmates. The shared living spaces downstairs are spacious and large with a brand new kitchen and two dining areas, a conservatory, and a large outdoor deck. We (the owners) sleep downstairs in our own wing which includes our own ensuite. The views over the valley are beautiful, and the house is surrounded by native bush and birds. A bit about us ... my husband is Dutch and I'm a Kiwi, childfree, and in our late 30's/early 40's. We moved back to Wellington (my hometown) about 7 years ago and bought this property - our dream home, which we are currently renovating. We have two beautiful Labradors named Bailey & Brandy who are loved to bits and two cats who keep to themselves. We think life at Gurney Road is a perfect mix of independence, solitude, and sense of family. We are looking for a full time working, professional female who shares our values and will join us for the odd flat dinner and summer barbie on the deck. No pets or smokers. No pets or smokers.
