This is a self contained unit under our house, please note that photos are what were used in real estate listing and the room will be different. Can contain bed, couch, breakfast bar table, fridge, and cooking facilities such as microwave, air fryer and electric frying pan (we are happy to include what is required to make the kitchenette functional). Happy to negotiate what furnishings are supplied, could look to include TV also. Myself and my husband and our 1year old live upstairs we are very early 30's. This room is completely separate to our house. We are very out doors people and adventurous and love activities. We are social and would be happy with someone social or also happy with someone who likes their own space. We are looking for someone to rent for approx. 6 months but we could consider longer term depending on the situation at the time. Happy to give access to the garage for bike storage etc :) If you have any questions please let me know! No pets or smokers.
