Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. This is a 3-bedroom house in Kohimarama. I currently live here alone and am looking for one other to share with cos I'm getting quite bored of talking to myself now. I'm looking for a clean and tidy working professional - female please. Ideally someone who is a keen runner or loves fitness and health. Not a party person - but I do love the occasional BBQ with friends too. The house is fully furnished (not the bedroom - that will be empty) The main bathroom would be for the sole use of whoever moves in, with another 3rd toilet in the downstairs of the house. The kitchen is large with a butlers pantry. Extra fridge and freezer in the garage too. The outside living space is sunny and private. Rent is $380 per week inclusive of power/water/internet/Netflix/prime/neon/AppleTV+/H ayu/Disney. (based on current usage) There is a bus stop right outside the front door and Orakei train station is a short drive/cycle/run away. 10 minute walk to Kohi Beach and 1 min walk to Kohi Dairy and a few mins walks to Eastridge shopping centre.
