Details: - Large sunny room with plenty of built-in storage, high ceilings, access to the garden and adjoining garage ($230 pw or $240 pw for a couple). - Available immediately, furnished or unfurnished until 25 March 2025 or longer. - Spacious lounge and dining area with plenty of sun, 1.5 bathrooms, a shared study for WFH, laundry, garage and storage shed. - Bus stop is across the road; train station is around the corner. - 10-minute walk to Khandallah village for supermarket etc. and close to bush walks on Mt Kak Kau. - Move in cost is one weeks rent and $700 bond, $20 / week for power, gas, internet. The couple enjoy bush walks, yoga, cooking and chatting over dinner. The female enjoys cooking, baking, dog walking, music and flat movie evenings. You need to be friendly, considerate, accepting of all and willing to share cooking, evening meals and chipping as a ‘flat coach’ for one female with a learning disability. This involves being like a big sister, being encouraging and showing what it’s like to be a good flatmate e.g. giving a nudge here and there to turn off the lights etc. She’s very lovely, helpful and is cheerful to live with.
