We have 1 single room in our beautiful flat. The room features luxuries such as loft storage with an in-built wardrobe, a large window that opens to the lush green native bush, a single bed, study table and chair. Common spaces are accessible to the flatmates which include a lounge with TV (Chromecast), dining space, laundry, bathroom, and kitchen. You will have 3 flatmates. We're a mix of engineers and administrative professionals. We also have a tabby cat who is usually very quiet and easygoing. We’re looking for an affable individual who can get along with people of diverse backgrounds and opinions, has a great sense of humor, and a sharp wit. Total weekly cost: $170 including utilities Bond: $300 to be arranged on move-in. Note: 1. The house is located in the Waitakere foothills and has very poor cellphone reception. However, there is optical fibre internet, and we use WiFi calling which works amazingly well. (960 mbps) 2. There is a walkway bridge from the parking to the house (25 m long) as shown in the photos. 3. No smokers. 4.
