Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Kia ora! I will be away tramping 23-27th April, so will not respond at this time sorry We are looking for a fourth flatmate in our place at Glenross. The room is a large double room with a wardrobe. The room has a panel heater and the house is heated via heatpump, a fire and HRV system. The house is in a lovely sunny spot, we have a nice garden and large deck. Lovely views accross Dunedin. There is plenty of storage under the house, laundry with washer dryer. The house is fully furnished minus the bedroom. We have a feline flatmate- Mushroom the cat, so must be okay with cats- no other pets allowed though sorry. Reach out if you have any questions!
