Located on 1 Parliament Street, the building is 2 minutes away from the Auckland Law School, 10 minutes from the City Campus, and 12 minutes from Commercial Bay. The room is already furnished with a queen bed, nightstand, cabinet, and a built-in wardrobe. The apartment has a washer/drier, and all the standard kitchen whiteware. Apartment has lots of amenities, you will have access to the pool, the gym, and the spa. All external doors are secured with RFID access, so there's no security concerns. The room does not come with parking, but parking space in the building is avaliable for rent at an additional $70 a week. Your only flatmate will be myself. I'm a 5th year law student at UoA. I'm a part-time swimming-instructor, and I stay active between the gym, swimming, and running. I occasionally have people over for a bit of wine and cheese, but it's not a party flat by any means.
