Description:	2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. Kia ora, potential flattie! I'm looking for someone for the other room in my house. Rent is $180 per week, not including power and wifi, which will be about will be about $25-30 per week, higher in winter. The room is furnished with a chest of drawers currently, and in-built wardrobe shelving. I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are fully furnished with furniture, cooking utensils, dishes, etc. It's a open plan with a glass door to a small courtyard outside. Inside there's a heatpump - and because the walls are concrete, the house is really well insulated in winter. It’s a quiet area near Steele Park and the river with street parking. There are the Hamilton East shops 2 minutes walk away and bus stops too. It's about 15 minutes walk to Victoria street in the city, 20 mins walk to the Waikato University. I live in the other room, and I'm a 29 year old from Wellington. My friends would describe me as nerdy, quiet, and sarcastic. I'm a vegan, christian, non-binary person who's pretty open-minded. I have two cats. I value respecting each other’s personal belongings and space. Pets are negotiable - but no dogs due to the Body Corp rules, and this is a queer-friendly whare. I like to keep common living spaces vaguely clean and tidy. We'll have a regular cleaning + rubbish schedule together.
