Classic Ponsonby house with fully equipped kitchen, dining/lounge and a peaceful sunny lush backyard. This room is the Master Bedroom in a lovely big villa on Lincoln St, Ponsonby. This is the largest room in the house with polished wooden floors, North Facing window and comes furnished with a queen size bed/mattress, bedside drawers, 2 x Set of drawers, clothes rack, antique armchair. This is a social share house but not a party flat as we have people on all different schedules. Ponsonby road is at the end of the street though so if you do want to go out its only a few minutes away. Single $320pw including expenses Couple $360pw inc expenses Bond is 4 x weekly rent and is lodged with Tenancy services. Minimum stay 4 weeks but longer term stays will be preferred.
