Description:	6 or more bedroom house with 4 bathrooms. Please message me with a description about yourself. A double room in our Epsom house is becoming available from the 10th of March for only $150 a week, + $30 for all utilities and communal supplies. We are a friendly flat of 8 people living in a large house on Gillies Ave, Epsom that has a pool and sauna! We all get along well and have occasional dinners and adventures. A mix of female/male aged 24-30 with a bunch of different hobbies and professions. e.g surfing, rock climbing, rollerskating, dancing, running, sewing, painting etc. The room can fit a queen bed, set of drawers and a desk. There is also more storage space directly next to the room. The room has recently been repainted and had new carpet put in. A bed can be provided if required. The house has 8 bedrooms, 3 showers, 4 toilets, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen, 1 double garage (only storage), 1 office space, 1 attic, 1 pool, 1 sauna and plenty of space for a vege garden. We are looking for someone around the same age who is laid back, clean and social. Also keen on being part of a large flat, and is a fan of a good chore roster because we like keeping things tidy. No pets.
