Description:	6 or more bedroom lifestyle block with 2 bathrooms. A room has come available at the Big flat known as Kikuyu Meadows. We built a dope cabin, which Ross has shotgunned, meaning his sun drenched, view boasting, ENSUITE HAVING room needs a new peep, plus we still looking for the perf person for the sleepout. Located away from the hustle and bustle of the city on 2.5ha of pasture, featuring a food forest, sauna, hot tub, home gym, music room, projector room for movie nights (or at least married at first sight with Soph). If you’ve ever wanted to pat a cow, now’s your chance because Cowthrine, Fred and Four Eyes are THE sweetest dudes you’ll meet in your whole life and love pats. We also have egg laying hens for those of you who get hungry and 7 sheep who I’m going to be honest are kinda bastards and are probably also going to be available soon for those of you who get hungry. If you’re vegan never fear, we all put in for a weekly vegan food shop that covers all the basics and some treats which results in everything in the cupboards being fair game, it’s like living at your parents place minus the (insert your particular parental trauma here) ???? priceless. There is likely a niche for you to carve out here and plenty of room if your hobbies happen to be sprawling. Between Waimauku and Helensville on SH16 it’s a wee ways from the city (35mins with no traffic or significantly upwards of that with traffic cough) ideal if working from home or out west and tbh, a lot of us travel for work because we just love it here. There are 2 rooms going. Rent is $200 for the sleepout and $220 for the Master bedroom. Including all bills all year. Flick us a message if this seems like it might be the opportunity for you.
