Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. Sadly our current flatmate is leaving us at the end of May and we're looking for a replacement. We are a fairly outdoorsy, professional couple in early 30s, renting out one double room in our 3 bedroom house. The third room is a study/spare room for friends/family who come to stay. The Brook is an awesome spot, short trip down the valley to Nelson CBD and good access into the hills. The house has a double garage (where we store our bikes and gear) and space for two cars in the driveway. Our master bedroom has an ensuite so the main bathroom and separated toilet will be for the use of the flatmate and only shared with guests. The bedroom comes unfurnished with a decent size wardrobe. The rest of the house is fully furnished (incl washer/drier). No TV but we have a projector in the lounge. We travel and are out-and-about a fair amount, but could be interested in some shared cooking if the new flatmate is keen (both vegetarian). In general, keen on someone who helps keep the space clean, is pretty chill and happy to handout and yarn on occasion. No smokers.
