Wool carpets, double glazed windows & 2 heat pumps for the house with efficient oil heaters in bedrooms. Quiet nborhood with Boarder’s room facing (east) to garden. Your well-trained dog is negotiable. Couples short term only - negotiable up to 3-4 mths. Must be fully vaccinated against COVID. No big drinkers/smokers/partiers. Interested in the room? Sweet! I tend to do my own thing and need my quiet time at home in btwn busy work days but always up for a friendly chat if our timing aligns :) There may be a short-term Boarder in the spare room. Pets negotiable, no smokers.
