Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Small comfortable 60's house, very private with walk up access and a lovely view. The house has plenty of character with lots of artwork and several sofas in the lounge, a good sized kitchen, open fire, wooden floors and a deck overlooking the valley. The section is very bushy with a lot of garden and great morning sun. It's a beautiful place. The available room is the master bedroom which has a nice outlook and comes with a very comfortable queen mattress, built-in double wardrobe, bedside tables either side, manrobe and bookcase. It has good thick velvet curtains which keep out the light. Access is up 50 steps so it's best if you don't have lots of stuff, or a heart condition. The house is well-established & fully furnished so you will only be able to bring whatever you can fit into your room. I enjoy the company of older or at least mature flatmates and also appreciate people who are quiet and respectful and who know how to have an interesting conversation. I always ask my flatmates to provide a copy of their driver's licence or similar ID and to sign a basic house sharing agreement when they move in. References are appreciated. Pets negotiable, no smokers.
