Looking for someone to fill the room anytime from 26th of may until the 3rd of June. Living with 2 females 28 & 21y/o who are chill, tidy, and semi-social but independent. Like to sometimes have boardgame nights or share dinners with friends, but not a party house, and no drugs, vaping or smoking. 1x flatmate is coeliac, so we are good with people with allergies. Most furniture in the living spaces is provided, just bring your own bedroom furniture, but there is room for more in the living spaces if you have more + plus extra storage. Looking for someone of similar age who's chill, tidy and either a professional or a student, who pays rent on time each week. Cats negotiable but property isn't fenced, so not suitable for dogs. House not suitable for physical disabilities as the room is down some very steep stairs and there are steep stairs to get into the house, but very welcoming of people with disabilities who are okay with this :) Close to: the hospital, Brooklyn Village, and a 2min walk to the number 7 bus stop and a dairy. ?Please send me a bit about you if you're interested!?
