Description:	3 bedroom house with 1 bathroom. Hello there! I am the owner of a three-bedroom home in Ravensbourne. I'm looking for someone to share my spacious home, close to the University and town. This room is available for one month or longer term. The room is a large double with a queen-sized bed, drawers, heater. In addition, all the other furniture and appliances are included, such as washing machine, fridge, cooking utensils, dishwasher, and more. The house is well-heated with plenty of sunlight, a large heat pump, and a fire for additional warmth in the evenings. I have one small dog who is quiet and friendly, and also 5 hens. Ideally I would like a tidy employed person who enjoys a chat and a laugh, a shared meal occasionally [or not, it does not worry me], or a mature student seeking some peace and quiet to complete their studies. No pets or smokers.
