Description:	3 bedroom townhouse with 3 bathrooms. We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our flat at Albany Heights who is clean, respectful and laid back. :) We have one bedroom one bathroom available upstairs. You will have your own bathroom for most of the time and would be sharing it on rare occasions when there are guests. Decent Storage Space in garage as shared between 2 other people. The room is not furnished. However, the lounge is furnished. Rent doesnt include bills like Electricity, Internet, Water and Cleaning Items for communal. We are 2 friends and are employed full time. We are laid back, social in our downtime and appreciate peace and quiet during work days. Having said that during some weekends when we are not exhausted from work we sometimes like to do activities together as friends and we respect each other's space. We are aged in our late 20's and early 30's and would prefer someone in a similar age range. No Pets, sorry landlord doesn't allow pets.
