An open planned living upstairs and dining situated away from the bedrooms, seperate laundry with a sink, washer and dryer, brand new bathroom and separate toilet. Newer kitchen and plenty of storage in the pantry. A wood burner and heat pump for the colder months. The home has a ventilation system into every bedroom. Ideally looking for working professionals in the same age bracket, with similar interests. Situated 8 mins drive from town centre, 5 mins to Blackhead surfing beach and 4 mins to Tunnel beach. 1 minute away from the motorway makes for easy access to wherever with minimal traffic. With a bus stop and the end of the road. There is also the great Concord Inn within walking distance for a bite to eat or afterwork drinks. A park across the road too. Get in touch :) No pets.
