Description:	3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. I am looking for a mature, responsible, clean, friendly, respectful and like-minded female, preferably in her late 20’s or early 30’s. It’s important to me that this place feels like a home to everyone living here, so I do want someone who wants to live in Wellington, who takes pride in keeping it clean, treats my things like their own and who are onto taking care of the house chores on a regular basis. • Large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and a beautiful view – NOT furnished. • One and a half bathrooms. • The house has been newly refreshed and has a nice garden and BBQ area in the back which gets a lot of sun in the summer. • Free street parking just outside the house. • 2 minutes’ walk to bus stop. I am 29, currently looking for a new job. I am active, love a hike, gym and I enjoy both a calm evening in front of the tv, sometimes having a drink and being social while I also enjoy time to myself. My party days are over and I enjoy getting up early, so this is for sure not a party house. The second flat mate is an exchange student from France who will stay until August. She both works and studies and she is often a lot out and about to explore while she is here. She is social, but enjoys time to herself every now and then. I also have a dog called Rocky, two years old and very friendly. I will potentially consider a cat. Pets Negotiable.
