Heey guys, We have a big room available for a single individual in a two-story top-floor apartment on Boulcott Street, directly opposite Katharine Jermyn Hall. The apartment is in the centre of the city and is conveniently close to all the exciting places and office buildings. Your room is located downstairs, it’s large compared to most places in town. The high ceilings and warmth make it feel cozy. There is ample storage space in the wardrobe and additional room above it. It can comfortably fit a double or queen-sized bed, a desk, a couch, a TV set, and more. Rent for the room is $210 per week, $20 for utilities such as power, internet, toilet paper, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. There's one bathroom on each floor, you will share the bathroom with me and another lady and neither of us spends an excessive amount of time in there.:) Sorry, this room is only partially furnished including a bed and a couch. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. I would like to clarify, that the first and second photos of the downstairs room were taken by a previous flatmate. The third photo shows how it looks at present. This apartment is large enough to accommodate a group of people; with two levels and high walls and ceilings making it appear even more spacious. There are cats in the apartment, however, they spend most of their time in my room and only hang out in the lounge for an hour or two each day. We are a diverse group of university students and young professionals, with varying ages and backgrounds. Each of us has our unique personality, it feels like a close community rather than just flatmates. We are open to anyone who can bring a different vibe to the apartment, whether you are an introvert or an extrovert, as long as you are considerate of others. Right now, we have three girls and two guys in the apartment, so we would like to balance out our numbers by adding another guy.
